Here is a list of all of our sub-contractors so far along with there prices.
Pedro Nelson- Concrete We got a price of 2900.00 this included all of the layout, Digging footings, and pouring and finishing the chain wall. I think he did an excellent job.
Willie Quinie- Blocks We got a price of 1200 for him to lay all of our blocks which worked out to less than 2.00 per block.
Bo Bosarge-Framing We got a price of 3500 for the framing. Or about 3.25 per square foot.
