Here are the footing for the chain wall. It we had 25 yards of concrete in the footings. we called to get a price and got 90.00 per yard. The concrete man got a price of 70.00 per yard! Concrete labor was 2900.00 that includes brick ledge, footings, and pouring the chain wall.

Ok here is our new chain wall! The blocks cost 1300.00 and the block layer cost 1200.00

Is it possible to pour a slab and not have someone put a date and hand print on it......no. All we need now is for some wood to delivered!.....and the framer.
